When will I get my order?
Your order will be on its way within 3–5 working days, and once it’s dispatched, UK delivery usually takes just 1–3 days. Most Studio Sunnie Co. parcels arrive faster than expected — so your happy mail should be with you before you know it!
Where are your products made?
All Studio Sunnie Co. products are made right here in the UK. This means faster delivery, consistent quality, and prints that are fresh, vibrant, and made just for you. Every order is created on demand, so your garment isn’t sitting in storage — it’s made especially for you from the moment you place your order.
WILL IT HOLD UP AFTER WASHING?
Yes! The fabric is pre-shrunk and built to keep its shape and softness wash after wash.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted if you receive the wrong product, wrong size, a damaged item, or a print that is incorrect. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we’ll resend your items free of charge. Just reach out to orders@studiosunnieco.com, and we’ll make it right.
Where's my refund?
Once we’ve approved your return, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days. ☺ You’ll get an email as soon as it’s on its way back to your account.
Does THE PRINT FEEL STIFF OR PLASTICKY?
It doesn’t! The design is printed to feel soft and blended into the fabric — not tacky, shiny, or hard. Your tee stays flexible, comfy, and totally wearable.
We use direct-to-garment printing (DTG), which keeps the print smooth, reduces the chance of cracking or flaking, and washes beautifully. All inks are PVC-free and water-based, making them gentle on your skin and better for the planet.
How is my design printed onto the garment?
All Studio Sunnie Co. garments are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning the fabrics are tested for harmful substances and meet strict textile safety standards. On top of that, we use direct-to-garment printing with PVC-free, water-based inks, so your design blends smoothly into the fabric, lasts wash after wash, and is produced with care for both you and the environment.
